'No users in room' via chat

I want just ask coz it happend to me not first time that I wrote anyone, that person respond me and I wanted to respond back and system wrote me that there is no users in the room. Everytime I was just asking anything and got answer from user but I wanted to respond with thanks so maybe it means the user just deleted message from his messages or why this happenin'?
