DLClist.xml on mods folder is blank, even though in script original files is not blank

HELP!!!! IMMEDIATELY

DLClist.xml on mods folder is blank, even though in script original files is not blank.. i cant modding. and if i replace dlclist original to mods version is appear notification like:
"Corrupt game data, please reboot, verify the game data, or reinstall the game..
Can anyone help me...

GTA Version: 1.0.1180.2
Mod: Dlclist and almost addons mod
Tried: i already 4x do delete the mod and add it again.. and no changes
