Awful ansiotropic filtering in GTA V

I mean look at the 850's grille in this pic:
Taken at 2560x1600 VSR+4x AA and yet it looks like garbage.
Or this pic:
Is there any way to make chrome and shininess look less like dogshit?

@ReNNie Ergo: get a 5700XT and play at 3840x2400 without MSAA?
-
Ergo, it's just inherent to V and sadly there's no definitive solution
Isn't it about AA btw, or did you really mean Anisotropic Filtering?
You can try to combine ingame AA with ENB's, Reshade and Nvidia Inspector settings
Or indeed forget about AA and use downscaling

GTA V at 3840x2400 with 2x AA/16x AF looks miles better than 1200/1600p with 4x AA/16x AF.

@Rstein not everyone can run it at that though, however i do agree since that’s the exact same settings i use lol

@Rstein ,I think you must modify the settings of your graphics card. I have an gtx960 y I use these settings.
My game looks like so
I also use an ENB v.0351 + some files from MVGA v2.65. No Reshade applied.-
