Why my mods are still pending? (Admin respond)

is there a way to talk to an admin?
I still waiting for two mods to be released.
(One mod since 4 months)
Could you tell me pls whats the problem?

If you have been waiting that long, it is probably because you didn't upload a file for the mod.
