Game crash and temporary freezing.

This has been happening ever since i got it back up and running since the new update.
now this can happen at any time while spawning addon cars, or at random, i also experience temporary freezes, sometimes it keeps going, other times it crashes all together, especially when I'm speeding down a highway, or when i leave the game paused for a while, they are no error codes it just crashes.

What game version are you on? Do you have a modded gameconfig and if so, which one? Try a different gameconfig. Combine dlcpacks. What scripts do you have? What have you already tried to do to solve the crashes?

@chonkie I am on the updated version, my config, is the most recent that was uploaded, i have changed 2 lines in it <VehicleMemoryMultiplier value="1200"/>". and "<PedMemoryMultiplier value="1200"/>"
I typed disabled next to the mods folder, but it still did crash.

I've put in the stock updated gameconfig, and it's back to the issues i had at the start, whereas before it was crashing while loading. I can post my specs if that helps?

@Reacon Doesn't that kind of defeat the object?

@Turrel81 if it doesn't crash when you remove it we'll know its one of your menu's or OAI etc

Well i did not get any frame stutter when driving, but it did crash when paused and left for a while.
By the way, openiv got an update i fired it up, maybe that has cured the dropping frate error.

sorry, OpenIV updates have nothing to do with game performance

If this helps with what might be causing the problem i did a dxidiag. The last line might be a clue to the problem.
