Mods crashing the game

Hello, so everytime I play the game, I load up my addonpeds, switch to the ped, then I activate one of my Julionib mods (specifically the new Ironman Endgame mod at this point). For about over 5 minutes or so, I get one of those crash to desktop error crashes "GTA V has stopped responding or working. Samething happened some time ago when I was using the Dragonball Z script mod and played as Goku ped and the game crashed again. Is there a way to fix this? Help is always appreciated.
