Hair I need help with to get in game?

Hi, so I have a hair that I would like to use for the MP female in game. I am using 3ds max 9. I'm able to get the hair rigged and everything done correctly but when I go to export it, it just acts like its working until 3ds max just craps out. What can I do? Could someone take a look at it for me and see if you cant get it into the game?
