the mod creator would've deleted it, for whatever reason. sharing the files would be against the rules as well

for privacy reason the author Jonathan6506 has requested for his account to removed
including all forum posts and any mods uploadsyou could also try out MaxLuk's Traffic Variety
or get the file from GTAInside.com as they do not moderate their content
