Convert / make

Hi! i have an unlocked files for Mitsubishi galant 8th gen VR4 model for GTA SA and i want to make it higher quality but i don't know how to convert (and don't have time for this) for GTA V. Can someone help me with this? Converting SA car to V or make a new model?
I have a car like it with 4G63 Engine (For people who know what it is) and i want this car in GTA V.
