car headlight problem

hello everyone. I am using simple trainer and i noticed when i modify the car headlight from stock to xenon light. game will crush when i save the car by using simple trainer. other parts are okay with no problem. how can i fix that? thanks

Yo😉 try delete your trainer and update all files needed for trainer scripthook etc.
