Replace every car in GTA 5 for realistic ones

Title, for example replacing the Jester for a BMW i8, an Elegy RH8 for a Nissan GT-R, etc. etc.
I'm looking for a mod pack that has this, or just a pack that has resources to replace every car.

Well, good luck! your game will fuck up. I did it many time and I had to reinstalled many times. I learned my lesson. Don't replace as many as car you can. Add-on vehicles is better.
