It's in a file called 'weaponheavyshotgun.meta' usually here:

...\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mplts\common\data\ai\weaponheavyshotgun.meta

Tip:
Use 'Ctrl+F3' in OpenIV to Search for stuff by name.
