No DLCPacks folder in mods\update\x64 Folder
-
Sorry if this was already asked and answered. I just started modding, I do have a mods folder but I don't have a dlcpacks folder in it, only dlcpatch, so I have been putting all new dlc mods in the games dlcpack folder. Can I just copy over the dlcpacks folder from the game folder to mods/update/x64 then delete the dlcs that I added to the games dlcpack folder. Any help would be appreciated , thank you. Also since I already installed a trainer (not sure if it installed to the mods folder) will I have to uninstall it if I decide to play GTA Online?

@shoegod4935 you have to copy over the update folder with the dlcpacks folder in it.
you’ll need update.rpf in it as well so can’t just copy over dlcpacks folder

@Reacon Okay so I do have GTAV\mods\update\x64 but theres nothing in my x64 folder. I also have GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf and within that update.rpf folder is common, dlc_patch, and x64 but once again no dlcpacks folder in that x64 folder either. So am I just going to copy the update folder from the game folder and replace the mods update folder with that one? And if so once that is done can I then go ahead and delete the mods from the dlcpack game folder since they’ll be in the mod/dlcpacks folder. Sorry if I’m overthinking this, I just don’t want to mess up my game, and I’m pretty new to modding.
