help with rpf corrupt open iv

hello, when I modify a rpf with open iv the result is rpf corrupt. can anyone tell me what i do wrong?

depending on if it’s the actual .rpf that’s corrupt or a file inside, right click on it and replace it with the vanilla like that instead of dragging and dropping

then replace the files the same way too
