Script Hook V No Scripts Folder In Directory

When I put Script Hook V the scripts folder doesn't appear and if I create mine myself it doesn't work. I think I am using an old version of GTA V but is it possible to make Script Hook V work with the old version of GTA V? Thanks.

It is an old version. My "dlcpack" patch ends in patchday3ng.
