[Audio] OpenIV wont accept my modified files

Whenever I modify a sound file correctly (16 Bits Mono) OpenIV as soon as i import an OpenFormat file it says that its in the wrong Condition...
What should i try?

Personally WavePad batch converter in the context menu is great. Are you sure the error isn't a false positive for a non-PCM wave?

It only works when I put it at 16k Hz(16bit | Mono)! Every other one (Higher and lower) doesn't work... Idk why...
