[MISC] [SCRIPT] Create new websites

Just for immersive experience, I would like to know if is possible to create a mod to add new websites, actually I wanna create a new car/bike webstore, just for addons. I have no idea how to do that or even what is needed, I just think that site must be modular, maybe a folder with car photo and txt file containing car description to be readed by some script, well Idk, maybe a script to pull all of it by spawn name...
