Game crashes when i press E

my GTA has been running well until I installed this 2pac mod it was good until I uninstalled it every single time I would press E my game just crashes and I need help I've tried everything I even turned off the openIV.ASI loader to see if it was something in my mods folder but it was nothing then I copped the files from my backup GTA files and pasted it to my modded one and nope it just keeps crashing can someone please help.
