Am I allow to upload the model I convert from replace to add-on?

Hey. Am I allow to convert any of vehicle model with replace only to Add-On? Do I need their permission? I can give extra credits.

@goodness Get in contact with the creator and tell them you've converted it to an add-on and see if they want the files to include in an update. Then they can tag your name in the mod as a co-creator

Or, like the Ingot Sedan mod I turned into a addon: Ask the original creator of the mod nicely for permission and most of the time you might get it.
