Mission Bugs (and 100% save game ask)

Hi guys! I begin right now in the MOD world, i have few awesomes cars in solo game everything works eccept missions! The first mission with Simeon and Franklin, when i come to Him, he freezes.
I'd like to save the game at 100% to have all access , but i can't find SocialClub file to drag files. I also did it another way but i still can load only the first save of the game and not the 100% one
Can someone help me please?
