Is there is a way to add sounds for engine and radio to an add-on vehicle that doesn't have sound. Thanks.

You're probably using an outdated version of the game then, you can easily change the AudioHashName on vehicles.meta to another sound like FELON so this Add-On has vehicle sound and radio
