Persistence of accessories when wasted

Anyone else hate it when you die and your helmet or any accessories is lost and have to put them on again in your trainer? Well yeah me too. Is there any possible way to NOT LOSE ACCESSORIES WHEN WASTED? Is there something like a hospital.meta thing that i can edit to not lose items? Where do i find it?
Edit: i just want to put on the EOD Bomb suit/Paleto Score armor accessory permanently.

Oh well thanks anyway my homies. Ive found a mod that makes clothes stay on forever whatever happens

@Xranovision which mod is that? I've been trying to use The Characters Clothes Mod by TeamCore but it's not working for me.

@Xranovision i had to get version 1.0 it's working now 1.0.1 wasn't saving the general settings and wasn't applying the outfit at startup...
