How to (or is it possible to) spawn or generate a group of people dancing?

Could anyone please help me? or show me any clue or any script which is able to do so?

I am also looking for that. In Gta San Andreas there is a mod called "mobile party", which spawns a group of people dancing where you are. In GTA V I can only find mods that spawn those parties In predetermined locations.
