Problem with OpenIV

When I try to install the ASI files required to use mods in openiv, It says I still need to install them, and when I go back to the asi page. It says to update all the mods, even when I click update on all of them and reopen the asi page, It still says they need to be updated. I really need help on this, I've already tried reinstalling OpenIV and it didn't work.

I'm assuming its because of the recent content update. Everything should be updated to match the game version within the next couple of days i hope
