Is the vanillaworks packs addons or replace?

I was wondering before I install the packs are these packs addons or replace cause I am using els police cars and it took me a good while to get them to where I need them I don't want to replace the police cars so are these addons so I won't lose the police cars or replace?

I've built my own lorepack but iirc there's also a replacement.rpf in there
no police cars get replaced tho, so you're good
I wouldn't use DispatchWorks then if I were you

It's an Add-On. I also think it's unnecessary to open a thread for a question like this. Just comment on the mod page.
