Dinput8.dll error!

ok so ...
after starting the game and during loading the story mode. After a while it turns off!
And I think I have reason to
this is by dinput8.dll
because when I don't have it in the folder, the game starts, and when I get it off!
Please help

@bossek123 because when you don't have it game don't load any of your mods and scripts so problem is any of the mod or script...
