Low GPU load in game (scripthook v.2.10.9)

Hi, I'm running the latest GTA V (version 1.0.1868.0 on Steam) . I noticed that my game is getting low fps and gpu load is
0-3% even in safe mod when the game use ScripthookVDotNet v2.10.9, with the updated scripthookvdotnet game fps small better, gpu load ~40%
Can anybody solve that?Also pc specs:
-1050ti
-i5 2500k
-8gb ram
