Problem With The Car's Traction

Pls help me.
After I had instal some mod now when I drive any car I fell somethings strange.
I fill like Tha car has the traction X2 and she is "pasted" to the ground.
I tried everything, i try to watch the menyoo menu and also other simple trainers but is all ok... I tried change car, I tried to delede the MOD folder, but is always the same.
I also tried to restoring the handling.meta with OpenIV but no

Now i don't know what also can I do...
