Zmodeler or 3Ds Max export & rigging

Hello, I have some unfinished 3D models I would like to finish and upload, however I do not have the skills to create body rigging and the skeleton. I would appreciate it if someone would join me and help to finish these. Of course I will include you as the AUTHOR and you will have full rights to the project of your choice. Also I am willing to include a small reward for anyone that's interested let me know thanks.
