Firetruck mod installation [How?]

Could someone explain me how on Earth am I supposed to install this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/scania-p360-firetruck
Yes, I've seen the description of it but I have no clue how to do it as I have no "mods" folder nor any of those files in it.
Can someone explain me in detail. Step by step. Feel free to talk to me as you would to a child or a golden retriever.
