Can dlc work without dlc's current patch

I know its prohibited and unnatural to discuss this in this site but can anyone answer? I dont like seing answers like "no buy the game" i only want an answer yes or no honestly. So...i want to download Lowriders dlc but my game version is 350.1 , will the dlc still work if i just put the dlc like how i put add on cars? Without updating my game?

No it would not. The features for the Lowriders wouldn't work as they need to be installed in the games's Update.RPF. Also sharing of files is Prohibited here.
