Crashing on Story Loadup

Ever since the OpenIV bug my GTA fails to load. I updated the OpenIV and Scripthook and such. Could somebody help me? Do I need to delete or refresh a file?

Have you tried using a gameconfig for this game version? I updated my OpenIV to the newest version, and I'm not getting any problems. Check some of your mods or ASI as they might be outdated as well.
