I need help installing mods

I keep trying to install World of Variety and IVPack for the game but the game keeps crashing and i've tried getting help on other websites and I couldn't get help so can anyone help me install these mods by giving me instructions or something?

@BoyfromLosSantos IVPack should be installed first, then WoV, then the WoV IVPack compatibility patch. All of this should be done on a clean mods folder (meaning the folder should be empty).
