Need help with mod order installation

Hi guys, I needed some help with some mod installation order so that they would not conflict with each other, including by editing the files manually. Here are the mods that I would like to install together.
IVPack
Vanillaworks Extended Pack
Vanillaworks Extended Livery Pack
New License Plates
World of VarietyCan someone help guide me on which one to install first and which files to edit so that they're not conflicting with each other?

Usually, Carrythxd provided a compatibility patch in VWE but the latest one only included an uninstaller package and no compatibility patch. So that's why I'm kinda stuck on what to do.
