Question about DLC packs

What does it mean to combine dlc packs?

YOU COMBINE ALL FILES OF CARS INTO ONE FOLDER IN OPEN IV . BUT SOME OF THE CAR PACKS IN THIS SITE IS WORTH DOWNLOADING

there is a video on you tube that shows you how to do it step by step you need the dlc packs named realcars 0-20 . ihave added about one hundred cars and still on realcars 0 . ill add link so you can have a look to video
