enabling mp maps crash

Whenever I enable mp maps on my trainer whether that be on simple trainer or on menyoo trainer it crashes can anyone please help.
I have the newest version of GTA which is version (on steam):

The only way I have currently found out how to get rid of these issues is by deleting OpenIV.asi but when I do this I can't use any of my car mods or any mods I installed within my mods folder because OpenIV.asi is needed to install any sort of mod in your mods folder as stated here: https://i.gyazo.com/e150f275802a803ffa9134cb77bb3c40.png

https://pastebin.com/bBsZL1mPI have tried deleting all of my mods off of my DLC list and the error still occurs and I have not uninstalled any clothing mods as of yet nor have I deleted anything out of my scripts folder.
So if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
