How to launch modded game with new launcher?

Basically ive 2 seperate game folders, the original one and a Redux one, i was using the modded launcher by BroXe before R release their game launcher. So how do i use the modded one now, how you guys are using yours?

I don't use any third party launchers. I just swap the GTA folders to the one I want and press 'Play' in Steam and it loads in the R* launcher (that no one asked for) and then loads the game just fine, including my modded SP one.
