NVR FPS Issue

Hey guys, I think I have problems. First, LSPDFR lights doesn't work and also my fps is really low. Vanilla 70 FPS, NVR [Only ENB] 37FPS Is that normal?
Could you check screenshots, please?
The weird thing is, I can get higher FPS in Rockstar Editor in same area.
My specs:
-Ryzen 7 2700X
-16GB DDR4 3200MHz
-Sapphire RX 580 8GB Nitro+

Yes this is normal with NVR. Trust me on my game I get with Vanilla 65 to 70 FPS and with NVR its sometimes as low as 23 to 55 FPS. I told the author of this issue and he told me it was my hardware. Even though I have a GTX 1060 and 16 gb ram and the FX 8350. Just lock the FPS at 30 with half sync. That's what I did. There are a few things you can do to get FPS back. Remove the trash and disable wet roads effect. Their uninstallers are in the NVR folder. The mod is getting an update sometime this year, since the author has announced it already and hopefully there will be more FPS with that update.

Thank you for your reply, bro. He said, "With NaturalVision Remastered, your in-game performance will be about the same as vanilla. " so I thought there is a problem but ok. I was trying to make some cinematic videos so I should uninstall NVR. 30 FPS won't be fine. I hope we can gain fps with new update. Thank you again.

@A-12T99 Your welcome, but back in 2017, NVR did run the same as Vanilla, however, in 2018, he started adding more intense features that lowered FPS, and that's the reason why we have lower FPS now.

Btw, can I use only NVR weathers? I mean, sunset, sunrise and stars looking really nice.
