Selective blip toggle

Could really do with a mod that sorts out the missing blip issue when adding more mods as the ones on offer don't seem to work nor does changing the values in the "RADAR_BLIP" line in the gameconfig. But more important would be the ability to disable/enable any blip category I.e. disable open all interiors blip plus others, that would mighty handy
maybe it might help in making room for other more useful blips to become active that might reduce problem of the "RADAR_BLIP" max limit! in some way, just a guess of course but seriously could do with a blip toggle and doesn't have to be incorporated of course but would be seriously helpful if they were combined.
