Gta 5 Snapmatic photo upload error. SocialClub. Please Help Me

I buyed original gta 5 from steam. I'm using the latest version. sometimes I take pictures with snapmatic. this gives me trouble uploading photos to my SocialClub account. photos are in my gallery. but I can't load SocialClub.. Please help me. why is this happening .
