problem with uninstalling

i have uninstalled all the files for one of my mod menus but when i press f3 it comes back up but doesnt work. i would like to know how to get rid of it.

I'm gonna guess its simple trainer since you've given us fuck all to help you with. You want to make sure the .asi and the .ini are both deleted
