Map GTA Online in Offline?

hi everyone, I have a rather strange question. assuming that the map of gta history is different from that of gta online, and, I'm not a pc wizard, but I think that anyway the map of gta online is inside the game files and not that it is loaded by the servers (a part activities, points of interest, etc ...). So my question is this: since I was banned from gta online, is there a way to play offline with the gta online map?

trainers like simple trainer can load the online map yes

Aside from seperate maps that load in when you enter a location, the single player map is pretty on par with the online version, and as suggested, a trainer can load in the other maps, just not always with full functionality.
