Game crashes after installing script.

Can someone help? I've installed enhanced melee combat, it's a script. But after installing it, just when the game is about to load it says Grand Theft Auto Five has exited unexpectedly. I would really like having this script, so maybe someone knows how to fix the crash? When i uninstall the script the game works fine.

Doesn't seem like anyone except the dev can update the script itself.
