My mods aren't working.

Hey guys, can someone help me with my game i've tried everything that i know of and none of them worked. my mods are just not working i've reinstalled everything still has the issue, and there's this thing with my trainers [no matter which trainer i use] but i use Menyoo and before i install the mods Menyoo has all of it options but after installing my mods Menyoo has problem. it has less options, weapons won't work, alot of cars are missing. i hope someone can help me fix this.
