need help with spawning of vehicles using scripthook V

i cant spawn the vehicles like hydra, valkiyre, insurgent and all which i believe are the heist vehicles in online game play. The vehicles are listed in the car spawner option in the trainer. I know that the vehicle has to be there in the vehicle.rpf file inorder to be spawned , but unfortunately its not there . However a bunch of other vehicles like the Marshal, Elegy, Duke etc which are not there in the .rpf file can be spawned. Any idea about what i am dealing with? Do i have to add all those vehicle mod manually? thanx in advance

@Sid7133 Check whether you have the mpheist dlc.

i cant find that in update/dlcpacks folder. Although its there in update.rpf inside dlc patch.

@Sid7133 Check inside the ×64w.rpf (the last rpf)

@Sid7133 Open dlclist.xml inside update.rpf\common\data, then search for mpheist line.
