My Scripts not work. Help me please.

Good afternoon from Spain,
I am trying to install the Home Invasion mod (https://es.gta5-mods.com/scripts/home-invasion_) and the The Pacific Standard Heist mod (https://es.gta5-mods.com/scripts/the-pacific-standard). Adding them to the "scripts" folder does not load either of them. All required files are installed as requested.
Can somebody help me?

make sure the scripts folder is in the directory and is spelled correctly
also to note some of jedijoshs mods dont work so i could be that too he hasnt updated them

@Soviet6534 As far as I know everything is correct, I'm going to attach screenshots of my GTAV folder so you can help me (if you can) and be able to solve this once and for all. Apparently in the comments of the Home Invasion mod, there are comments from days ago in which they complain about mod bugs, but it does work for them.

@xxveekk_ that open interiors mod might be affecting it idk because in mod description it also includes online apartments
like i said i think some of jedijoshs gta mods are outdated

and lua mods i believe are outdated all of them i think
