[SUGGESTION] Add two new categories to the mod site.

I was thinking about seeing if two new categories could be added in:

WHEELS
HANDLING

-Wheels will be for custom wheels for vehicles, be it addon or replace.
-Handling is for custom handling files and maybe even engine sound swaps/mods.
