Carcols siren emitters

What line in carcols.ymt controls how far the lights emit onto the surrounding area? Ive tried to edit a few different lines bit nothing is changing. O.o
Im using Emergency Enhancement 3.5 carcols file & the lights are emitting a little to much. I want to tone it down to be a little more realistic.
