Giant Blocks spawning every where due to new update. PLEASE READ

I updated the scripthook and any scripts that i have that have been updated and i am getting these giant blocks spawn all across the map:http://imgur.com/gallery/Pj3NP
I have noticed map builder has not been updated and i am wondering if it is that.
If anyone can help me that would be great.
