Adding Jump Boost to other vehicles.

So I have tried to add the jump boost to other vehicles by copying the line "FLAG_JUMPING_CAR" from the ruiner2's vehicle.meta to another vehicle yet that attempt failed sadly. Please keep in mind that I am no mod creator I have no experience in modding except for just installing them. I'd like to know if it's even possible to add the jump boost to other cars and if so would anyone be willing to share with me how to do so? Thanks for reading.
